We have a very good tracking system (JMS XpertBees App) that calculates and allows our casual labour to verify and collect their salaries through bank transfer at their own convenience. We also have strict policies to adhere to all Government regulations. We offer attractive staff referral fees to anyone who introduces a casual labour to join our organization apart from other benefits from corporate partners and merchants’ offers. Our interview process is very precise in selecting the right candidate for the job to gain optimum service quality. In addition to the selection process, all candidates are made to go through mandatory training prior to deployment to ensure service quality is not compromised. Our JMS system allows customers to place their job request & view the staff being booked for the specific event in advance.
