We have a very reliable booking system in our in-house application that allows our casuals to view and book jobs at their convenient time. The app also facilitates casual to check and verify their bookings, job done and salary payable. To further enhance the system, our creative team is constantly working on improvements to keep ourselves on top of our game at all times. Currently, our projects in the pipeline are: Accumulation of points for exchange of merchant deals.
TCCHR has a large clientele base that has plenty of jobs slots available for casuals to book. Casuals can book any slots that suit their schedule.
Time is money! We save money by saving time as our casuals can now choose to transfer their salary to the designated bank accounts at their own time. They need not make way to our office to get their salary from our cash counter any longer, saving the hassle of travelling to our office on stipulated pay dates.
We, at TCCHR, have a stand to ensure all our casuals are trained prior to deployment to any venue. Our training providers have set high standards to ensure our mandatory training plan is executed to perfection. Our 4-hour training programme is complete with theoretical, role-play and practical sessions including audio-visual presentations
We have a very dedicated Operations Team that cares for every individual casual. Our Ops Team is ever ready to provide ferrying to first timers to a new venue for any shift. Our Ops Team also provides personalised booking for casuals who have very stringent timings, enabling them to maximise their free time and earn a few extra dollars. Also, our Ops Team is available 24/7 for any emergencies casuals may have at anytime.
TCCHR has the largest pool of casual enabling us to provide for all our clients service needs. Our team of professionals are trained to deploy quality service providers to our clients even at the shortest time frame. Client’s orders are thoughtfully looked into and casuals appropriately deployed according to their requirements. While fulfilling client's order, we do our utmost to exceed their expectations.
We have a very strong internal SOP that is adhered to with precision. Our team of professionals can process and execute any number of orders placed by our client simply by following thru the SOP set by the Management and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
